Bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and living space area with fully equipped kitchen. Floor heating, free on street parking, TV with Netflix access and free Wifi. Guest access The guest suite is fully private for guests and the host is happy to assist. Other things to note Take it easy in a quiet & pleasant neighbourhood of Seltjarnarnes, with 30 min walk to downtown Reykjavík or 5 min driving. We recommend you to walk to Grótta and enjoy the beautiful seashore and rich birdlife. On your walk you should stop at Kvika footbath and Raðagerði, a new restaurant and enjoy delicious food. The apartment is close to a swimming pool, a grocery store, coffee house, bakery and a golf course. The next grocery store is in 15 minutes walking distance and is open everyday 8 am -24 pm.
