In the garden, as with many villas on the peninsula, it is possible to hear the occasional sound of the road, which has a 50 km/h speed limit, but this inconvenience is more than offset by the many advantages offered by the house. Our prices have been adjusted accordingly. The vast living area opens onto the outside, creating a bright and friendly living space. It includes a large living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (American fridge, wine cellar) with an adjoining storeroom and laundry room for added convenience. The sleeping area comprises five bedrooms, including a master suite and a guest suite with views over the Bassin. Sleeping accommodation includes three 160cm double beds and four 90cm single beds (two of which are pull-out), perfect for welcoming families and friends. Three modern and comfortable shower rooms complete the ensemble. Outside: The villa has two large furnished terraces, ideal for enjoying moments outdoors and admiring the surrounding nature. The spacious garden also offers a large private and secure car park, allowing several vehicles to be parked in peace and quiet. Location : Situated in the charming oyster-farming village of Piraillan, the villa is right next to the shops at Le Canon and just a few minutes from the beaches and the Bassin. You can enjoy the local markets, oyster tastings and the many activities on the peninsula.
