Casa Sonoma has been thoughtfully updated for a comfortable stay whether you're in town for a weekend or a month, including two smart TVs, a Peloton bike, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private backyard with a griddle. Welcome to your personal retreat in southern New Mexico. You'll have full access to a spacious 1700+ square foot home, with 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, a private fully fenced backyard and a 2-car garage. The split bedroom floorplan is thoughtfully designed with a master suite (w/ king bed) on one side of the home and second bedroom (w/ king bed) and adjacent bathroom on the other side. The third bedroom is featured as a flex room, with a trundle bed that has two twin mattresses, a writer's / work desk and a peloton bike. The backyard is perfect for lounging with outdoor furniture/cushions, hand-designed cornhole, and a grill/griddle. You'll have access to the entire home. Easy access by car to several restaurants, cafes, groceries and shopping within minutes. Walking distance to a beautiful park and hiking areas. About 15 minutes to the historic Mesilla district, 10 minutes to New Mexico State University, 20 minutes to the Organ Mountains National Monument, 45 minutes to White Sand National Park, 60 minutes to Alamogordo and 90 minutes to Cloudcroft. Pet friendly notes: one dog under 30 lbs is allowed with pet fee. No shoes inside please. Sleds are provided for fun at White Sands! Please note that absolutely no parties are allowed, and that quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am. All guests must be part of the reservation, and no outside guests are allowed without prior approval.
