Next door to FSU President's house, and short drive to FAMU and TCC. Restaurants and shopping are close by, as well as downtown nightlife and Collegetown. 1.6 miles from the State Capitol, 2.4 miles from TMH (Tallahassee Memorial Hospital), and 7 miles from the airport. The space The house is a 4 bed, 4 bath. Each suite (bedroom) has its own interior entrance and exterior entrance. Both suite entrances (interior and exterior) will be personally coded with your own unique code. The main house has a front entrance and rear entrance. These will also have your code added to them. Wifi is fiber optic. All bedrooms have a queen bed, private kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, microwave), and full private bathroom. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and washer/dryer are in a shared space in the center of the house. Guest access You will have access to your suite (bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom) and shared access to the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Other things to note The rear of the building opens onto a large 20x40 raised deck overlooking the neighborhood.
