👉🏽Take advantage of the private getaway on the ocean front Foxley River right in your front yard and our above ground swimming pool overlooking the ocean water! 👉🏽Relax with the whole family on the peaceful Foxley River with its diversity, from fishing to kayaking! Enjoy oyster’s found along the shoreline anytime! Plenty of trails for hiking, or biking in close proximity.. Make your vacation away from the city unique in this three bedroom cottage with water frontage! The space 👉🏽A completely renovated cottage with living space for your relaxation! Clean and pristine with an amazing view of the water right in your front yard! A sunroom , full kitchen and a patio with a screened in area for sitting! 👉🏽Three beautiful rooms with queen beds for your comfort, along with a desk in each upstairs rooms. One bedroom on the main floor!! Washer and dryer available! Guest access 👉🏽You will have access to the whole cottage except the basement! Other things to note I👉🏽We have two outside security cameras on property, one is on the front of the garage overlooking the driveway, the other is behind the garage overlooking the entrance to the backyard for security . The front one is a motion detector and has night vision for added security. There are no other security cameras besides those two on our property, which is needed as we are on a private road ! 👉🏽If swimming in the water it would be advised to wear water shoes or sandals as there are many sharp shells from oysters and clams ! 👉🏽There are approx 20 steps going upstairs! Two bedrooms up and one bedroom on main floor 👉🏽When leaving the cottage the back door locks by pressing the bottom right corner ( a symbol of a lock) 👉🏽Also…we have a wood fire pit near the water but we do not supply the wood however there are many local places around that sell bundles of wood. If by chance there is wood there to burn you are welcome to use it! We do have a propane fire pit on the deck, 👉🏽NEW, yes we have a pool. New for the summer of 2025.. There are rules because there are risks. Parents of children must be present at the pool with their kids. You ultimately are responsible for everyone’s safety! Follow the safety signs at the pool, lock the pool at night.. that’s it!!! Mainly just relax by the pool and have fun! 👉🏽POOL- There is a pool waver to read, initial, and sign. Send it back to me completed, in a screenshot, via airbnb chat. I will give you the door code for the pool area after that is completed. 👉🏽There is NO pool camera for your privacy, however, there is a pool alarm which will be activated by you. Turn ON and it will activate, if someone goes into the pool water the alarm will sound warning you.
