We’ve also made sure to include everything you need for a great cup of coffee or tea so you can start your day with your favourite caffeinated beverage or fill up your travel mug and head out the door to catch the bus. For days you decide to eat-in, there’s also a dining table with seating for two. Please treat the space and neighbours with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. - No unapproved guests or parties. This is a ZERO tolerance policy; you will be asked to leave if broken. - Due to this being a basement apartment, there are some low ceiling heights when entering the apartment. Unsuitable for anyone as tall or taller than 7 ft.
