Just 5 kms from the centre of Te Anau in a peaceful garden with breathing views of the surrounding mountains. Accommodation includes breakfast provisions available in the owners kitchen at your leisure each morning. Bedroom has queen bed, tea/coffee/refrigerator/TV/heater. Ensuite bathroom has towels, toiletries & hairdryer. Use of the hot tub. Guest lounge & outdoor space is shared with two other guests & the owners. NB, book direct room rate is 30% less than the room rate listed here. The space We have two guest bedrooms each with own bathroom. While the bedrooms and bathrooms are private, you are likely to be aware of others sharing some of the other communal spaces like the guest lounge and dining room. Guest access Guests have access to the owner lounge, dining area, hot tub and outdoor area. During your stay We are happy to meet with you and discuss your plans and how we can help you have the best experience while in our region. We live on the property and so we are available at any time. Other things to note We just want you to be aware that we have a very friendly cat (who sometimes bites) and a newly acquired Jack Russell puppy on the premises.
