Just unpack and unwind at our beautiful coastal home! This spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is fully equipped with family friendly amenities for those traveling with little ones and is close to Town Center, Apex Center, restaurants, and is only a short drive to the beach. Sink into our plush memory foam beds and cook up a storm in our fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy evenings grilling in the backyard patio. The space This 4-bedroom and 2.5 bath home is fully equipped with: • High-speed wireless internet • 60 inch TV in living room and 55 inch smart TV in master suite • Memory foam King, Queen, Full and two Twin beds • Baby crib + crib sheet • High chair • Baby play mat • Toddler plates, bowls, cups • Propane grill • Desk for working • Brand new washer/dryer + ironing board • Hair dryers • Shampoo/conditioner and body wash • A starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, detergent and paper towels. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed. • Complimentary tea and coffee • Blender, wine glasses, wine opener • Full rack of spices for cooking • Large, fenced in backyard (perfect for little ones to run around and play)! Guest access You will have the entire space to yourselves! Free parking is available on the driveway (can fit up to 4 cars). Parking in the garage is not available. Your self-check-in will allow you to access the property using a 4-digit code. Access to the garage and the locked pantry cabinet in the kitchen is not permitted. Other things to note Don't forget to bring your beach towels and other beach essentials. Two child sized beach chairs are provided (located in the garage). Outdoor areas will have effects of outside elements (i.e., leaves, pollen, bird droppings) beyond our control. We leave cleaning supplies for your use for outdoor surfaces if you would like. Please remember to respect neighbors privacy as our house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Outdoor security cameras are installed to protect the property. Parties are strictly prohibited!!! If a party is thrown, we will know about it and you will be asked to leave the premises immediately with your entire security deposit being forfeited. * Must be 25 years of age or older to book. * PETS Dogs under 50 lbs (up to 2 dogs total) are welcome to stay for an additional fee of $100 per pet per stay, to cover additional cleaning that is required after a pet stays with us. We also ask that you please keep pets off of our beds and couches/chairs. Pets must also be crated when left alone at home. No cats are allowed at this time.
