The Blue Lagoon on Big Marine is a convenient stay near the Twin Cities. The two story home is located in a quiet lagoon where you can dock your boat, enjoy fishing, swimming, and views. A 24' tritoon may be available for an additional fee and signed rental agreement. The Interior is completely updated with a coffee bar overlooking the lake, 3 bedrooms, and an eat-in kitchen. Boat launches and a convenience/liquor store are nearby, and Forest Lake and Stillwater are a 15-20 minute drive. This fully updated home is on the west side of Big Marine Lake right on a quiet lagoon. Upstairs you'll find the kitchen equipped to make meals, three bedrooms, a living room with smart TV, a full bathroom, dining area, and our favorite - the coffee bar overlooking the water where you can sip coffee, take some time to work, or enjoy the views. Accessible from upstairs is also a large deck with a flattop grill and seating for six. On the entry-level is another living area with smart TV and pull-out couch that can sleep two and a large bathroom area to easily access from outside. The outdoor area has two docks where you can enjoy great fishing (sunny, bass, crappie, and more), park your boat or rent ours, and a fire pit to spend an evening relaxing. In the garage/entrance, you can play ping pong, listen to music, and walk out the back to the lake. *The stairs at The Blue Lagoon on Big Marine are a spiral staircase and must be used to access the kitchen and three bedrooms. The staircase does have a gate at the top. The whole house is yours to use like your own. There is parking for five vehicles and street parking if needed. *Owners may access one of the boat slips during your stay* Feel free to reach out with any questions, issues, or even local recommendations during your stay. You can message on the platform, or text/ call us. Blue Lagoon on Big Marine is in a small quiet residential neighborhood on the West Side of Big Marine Lake. The Big Marine Lake Store is less than one mile away where you can get food, liquor, bait, and more. Also nearby are seasonal strawberry picking and pumpkin farms. Five cars can fit in the driveway. A car is needed to get most places from The Blue Lagoon on Big Marine. Other amenities: Beach Towels, Bags Set, Flat Top Grill, Outdoor Patio Set, 5 driveway parking spots, two docks, and extra lifejackets.
