Take the kayak down to the beach just steps away, enjoy a crackling fire-pit, a dip in the resort-shared pool, BBQ fresh-caught eats, dine outside and stargaze! Sleep peacefully on this quiet and serene peninsula. Head over to Kouchibouguac Nat'l Park for some epic hikes and fat bikes. Recharge & Retreat! The space This charming open-concept stand-alone chalet is right on the water! The jacuzzi is available year-round, and is just off the main living space, in a covered screened-in porch with privacy blinds. The master bedroom has a Queen sized, firm memory foam mattress and some of the most quiet sleep you'll ever have! The second bedroom has 2 Double beds, one medium memory foam and one firm traditional mattress. The kitchen has everything you should need to cook up a great meal. There's a bbq outdoors for the warmer months and the deck has additional outdoor dining for 6. In the summer, there are mosquito screens, and in the winter we remove them to improve the view! Enjoy a soak on your private deck anytime of the year. The living room has a comfy L-Couch, a smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video (and 3 regular cable channels). It also has a propane fireplace to cozy up to. The washroom has a jetted tub to unwind and also a Waterpic shower! Guest access You'll have access to the entire home, yard, screened in porch, private hot tub, fire-pit, the communal outdoor heated pool (open July & August, weather permitting) and beaches surrounding the point, offering spectacular views from sunrise to sunset and even the night skies! Please carry the 2 kayaks down to the beach to keep them afloat! Enjoy parking in your own driveway as well. This chalet was made to make the most of the views while offering privacy and peacefulness. Other things to note Being in Canada, some amenities are seasonal. The hot tub is available year round, however given the harsh cold temps, the bbq, outdoor dining, fire pit, communal pool and hot tub and other such seasonal amenities, may not be available for your stay.
