Comfortable private country house centrally located between Cooperstown and Oneonta. Less than 10 minutes to Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. Beautiful and private setting with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. The space We want to welcome guests to our family home. The house has four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is on the first floor with a single trundle bed (two single beds). Bedroom 2 is on the first floor with a king size bed and attached bathroom. Bedroom 3 is on the second floor with a queen bed. Bedroom 4 is on the second floor with a full size bed. There are two full bathrooms on the first floor, one of which is connected to bedroom 2. The second floor bathroom has a sink and toilet, but no shower (although it is possible that we will have a shower installed by the rental season). The first floor living room has comfortable couches and a large TV. DVD player and Amazon Firestick with access to Hulu and Netflix available. Second floor common area has a futon and tv. WIFI is available. Great cell phone service for Verizon and AT & T. There are window AC units in the first floor living room, bedroom 2, bedroom 3, and bedroom 4. There is no AC unit in bedroom 1 but the room remains cool with other units running. Guests are welcome to enjoy the sitting and grilling area on the back porch as they look over the beautiful upstate New York scenery. The playground is available. Our house is centrally located between Cooperstown and Oneonta, but in a quiet country setting. Guest access Our house is located in a rural setting. Guest have access to the first and second floor of the house and the property. Other things to note We sometimes spend the weekend camping on the property. Our campsite is in a remote location away from the house, however, we would need to utilize the driveway to access our campsite. We will always let our guests know when we plan to be on the property.
