Single room in country home on outskirts of Perth.

Enjoy a break in a single room in an old ( not working farm) country farmhouse, surrounded by fields and a Castle! The space The bedroom has a single bed with a desk/ dressing table and a TV but only with Roku and a few selected channels. There are locks on the inside of the room for your privacy. Your room also has a sink in one of the wardrobes. The bathroom which would be shared with one other guest if my other room is booked out is just a couple of steps across the hallway. In your room you will find a kettle, cafetiere, a mixture of teas, coffee, water and some snacks. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the guest lounge / Dining space which is for guests but could be shared with family members. The lounge has a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery for your use. During your stay I aim to be at home to meet you when I arrive but if for some unusual reason this is not possible there is a key box where you can gain entry. also I can be reached through text if you have any queries throughout your stay.
