The condo is on the top floor of the Marriott Courtyard Oceanfront Hotel. This 2BR/2BA 1400 square foot condo was constructed in 2008 and has everything you could want in an Ocean City Condo. The building is located on the boardwalk and has ocean/beach views from the balcony, and access to the hotel's indoor pool/gym/facilities. The space Miramar Condos are located on the top floor of the Marriott Courtyard Ocean City Oceanfront hotel. Check in and checkout are a breeze right in the lobby of the hotel. You'll have access to the 24 X 7 onsite staff if you need anything during your stay, and the linens, towels and cleaning (after checkout) are included in the base price. No extra fees here, which make short stays much more affordable. This large, 1400 square foot condo built in 2008 has a beautiful open floor plan and offers the best of both worlds in an Ocean City vacation. The first 4 floors of the building are the Marriott Courtyard hotel and the privately owned condos sit on the top (5th) floor of the building. This condo can sleep up to 8 guests. There is a King bed in the Master Bedroom with huge en-suite luxury master bathroom. The 2nd Bedroom has a Double-sized Bunk bed with adjoining bathroom. The living room offers a pull out queen sofa bed with new memory foam mattress for added comfort. The kitchen has new appliances and granite counters. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. HD Cable and secure/private high-speed wifi are also included. The condo rental includes linens, towels, toiletries, and the kitchen and laundry essentials you need for an enjoyable, stress-free stay. Guests have access to all Marriott Courtyard amenities, including the year round indoor pool, private sundeck, on site gym, and on site highly rated restaurant (The Captains Table). One parking pass for parking under the hotel is provided. Additional parking can be found on the street a few blocks to the west, or through nearby paid lots. The condos are managed by the same onsite staff that manages the Marriott Courtyard Hotel. They are there 24 hours a day and can assist you if needs arise during your stay. Being located on top of the Marriott hotel has a lot of perks. The hotel has a great pool and gym and the staff is extremely attentive. Check in and Check out is as simple as can be - just like a hotel. The 15th and Boardwalk location is ideal. Right on the beach and Boardwalk, yet still a bit removed from the most crowded areas of Ocean City, this location offers the best of both worlds.
