The house has a heated pool, Jacuzzi, charcoal grill, palapa, indoor and outdoor dining room, indoor full kitchen, living room and TV room, outdoor sound system (AUX), outdoor beds and umbrellas, full bathroom in the pool area, large garden and 3 parking spaces. The space The house is located within the Lomas de Cocoyoc subdivision. It has 4 bedrooms with air conditioning, the master bedroom has a king size bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds each, and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The house has ceiling fans in every bedroom. The house has a swimming pool and heated jacuzzi with a boiler, gas barbecue, palapa, indoor and outdoor dining room, indoor full kitchen, living room and TV room with cable TV and Chromecast, outdoor sound system (AUX and Bluetooth), hammock, outdoor beds and umbrellas, full bathroom in the pool area, large garden and 3 parking spaces. For security reasons, the house has three surveillance cameras found on the outside back of the house on the perimeter of the property and in front on the facade facing the street. Surveillance cameras only monitor (do not record) the entrances located at the front and back of the house. Guest access You will have access to all bedrooms, rooms, spaces, and closets in the house, with the exception of cleaning closets and storage rooms for maintenance products. Other things to note The use of the pool heater has an additional cost of $900.00 per day (this is for the additional gas needed for its operation). On request, support from a service person can be requested, who provides more personalized attention, daily cleaning and cooking. This service has an additional cost of $600.00 per day.
