The space The property offers two apartments. Each of them has been furnished following a decorative theme and drawing on the host's passion for the creative recycling of paper and cardboard. The setting is optimal for two families or a group of friends, as it allows for closeness and autonomy at the same time. In particular, you will find: GREEN-themed loft consisting of a sleeping area with a double bed, a bathroom, and a living area with a kitchenette and a sofa bed (single). The apartment is ideal for two or three people. BIKE-themed two-room apartment, consisting of a living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. The two-room apartment can accommodate up to four people. Each apartment is equipped with two fans. Finally, a children's camping bed can be provided according to availability. Guest access All outdoor areas are freely usable. Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed in a private grove of about 1500 square meters, where they will have the opportunity to park for free. You can take advantage of the cultivated aromatic herbs, as well as tomatoes in summer and oranges in winter. Other things to note N.B. 1) Guests are asked to communicate their arrival time in advance. 2) The accommodation is rented in accordance with current legislation on short-term rentals. 3) In the municipality where the property is located, the payment of the tourist tax is required. This will be paid by the guests to the host, who will make the payment. The amount is 1 euro, for a maximum of 10 nights in the calendar year and is not due for minors within the fourteenth year of age. 4) The wooden house on the property contains maintenance tools intended for the exclusive use of the host and is therefore not available to guests. 5) The second entrance to the property will remain closed, as it is located on a bend and therefore dangerous.
