The space The property has two apartments. Each one was decorated with a decorative theme and a passion for the host's creative paper and cardboard ricle. The setting is ideal for two families or a group of friends, as it allows for proximity and autonomy at the same time. In particular, you will find: Green-themed loft consisting of sleeping area with double bed, bathroom and living area with kitchenette and sofa bed (single). The apartment is ideal for two or three people. Bike-themed two-room apartment, consisting of a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed and bathroom. The two-room apartment can accommodate up to four people. Each apartment is equipped with two fans. Finally, a children's cot can be provided subject to availability. Guest access All outdoor areas are freely accessible. Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed in a private grove of approximately 1500 square meters, where they will have the possibility to park for free. It's possible to enjoy herbs grown, as well as tomatoes in the summer and oranges in the winter. Other things to note N.B. 1) Guests are kindly requested to inform the arrival time in advance. 2)The accommodation is rented in accordance with current legislation on short-term rental. 3)In the municipality where the property is located, there is payment of the tourist tax. This will be paid by the guest to the host, who will pay the deposit. The amount is 1 euros, for a maximum of 10 nights in the calendar year and is not due for minors under the age of fourteen. 4) The wooden house on the property contains maintenance tools for the exclusive use of the host and is therefore excluded for guests. 5)The second entrance to the property will be closed, as it is positioned in a curve and therefore dangerous.
