This 2 bedroom villa is spacious and comfortable with beautiful views of this AMAZING property and of the GORGEOUS Newport Coast Beach!!! The space -The villa has a full kitchen with coffee maker, refrigerator, oven, stove top, microwave, pots/pans, dishes and silverware. -There is a dining room with a table that seats 6, a living room with a sofa (pull out bed) and a private balcony with a table and chairs. -The master bedroom has a king size bed, a private bathroom with a large tub and separate shower, a double vanity and a tv. -The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, a sofa (pull out bed), and a tv. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. -This villa is suitable for families with young kids. Free wifi in all units and free parking (3 spots max) with no additional resort fees. No smoking onsite. The property: There are ample resort activities to keep your active for your whole stay. -They have a basketball court, putting green, ping pong, 3 tennis courts, a fitness center, outdoor BBQs and picnic areas. -They have a game room and daily events for all ages. There are 3 large outdoor pools and hot tubs. -There is even an onsite spa for a massage and/or facial. This resort sits on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the views are breathtaking and endless across the property!!! Guest access Guests will check-in at the lobby. Upon showing your Government Identification Card (ID) and giving your credit card for refundable deposit and incidentals, you will receive your villa keys along with resort maps, weekly entertainment/activities schedule, and resort/local discount offerings. The front desk and concierge are extremely helpful for all your needs. If you don't charge anything to your room, upon check out your bill should be $0. **The resort amenities may be limited and are subject to change.
