Newly Renovated Mid-Century Modern 2 Bedroom

This unique place has a style all its own. You will enter the house on the 3rd floor. Located on this floor is an open kitchen and dining room as well as a large spacious living room, a laundry room, fully equipped half bathroom, and deck. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom. The master suit and bathroom is also located on this floor but is not available for guests at this time. I use the house between guests so I keep this area locked while I’m hosting and away. The space The house is close to just about everything Raleigh has to offer. Just 15 minutes to RDU airport, 20 min to Downtown and Five Points, 15 minutes to Walnut Creek, 15 minutes to Cameron Village, 10 minutes to Crab Tree Mall, 13 minutes to PNC Arena, and 20 minutes to Red Hat Amphitheater. You will enter the house on the top (3rd floor). This level consists of a large fully equipped kitchen with and island large enough to seat 4 people comfortably. A large open concept dining kitchen combo with a large table that seats 6. The kitchen and dining room is open to the living room with plenty of space for games and movies. There are several games to choose from in the cabinet by the TV. This floor also has a laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer as well as a half bathroom. The second floor has 2 bedrooms with a shared jack and jill bathroom. The master suite is also located on the second floor but is locked for my use between guest. The bottom floor consists of a small landing with a back door to access the back yard. There will be a fire pit and another outdoor space coming this fall! Guest access All areas except the master suite which will be locked. Please do not use items in either china cabinet. Please do not use the stairs on the side yard - as they are currently under construction. Please do not use the bridge going to the back lot - as it is also currently under construction. Other things to note The house is located at the bottom of a large hill. The driveway is steep and the house has several stairs so unfortunately this may not be the best option for small children or anyone with poor mobility. Please keep that in mind when booking your reservation.
