The space This spacious 2,200 square foot home is bright and airy, with beach décor and an open concept living area great for entertaining a large group. The home sleeps 8, with three king beds and one trundle bed with two twins. The fourth bedroom with twins has space for kids to play games or watch TV. There is plenty of seating on the wraparound deck or on the ground level floor, where you can enjoy a cocktail in the shade and listen to fish jumping in the water or fish from the dock. Enjoy the huge of covered outdoor space (up and down) and plenty of patio/deck space to soak in the sun. Throw the crab traps out into the canal before heading to the beach for the day and come back to crabs ready to cook for dinner. Amenities: Bedrooms – Master bedroom: King bed, ensuite bath, french doors to deck; Bedroom 2: King bed, french doors to deck Bedroom 3: King bed Bedroom 4: 2 twins (trundle) There are Smart TV’s and ceiling fans in all bedrooms Kitchen – fully equipped and well stocked with baking, cooking, and serving accessories; including fish fry and crab boil accessories. There is plenty of cooking and counter space with a butler’s pantry and secondary appliance space. The spacious indoor dining with bench seating and an island bar in the kitchen will assure everyone has a seat at meal times. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the open interior will leave you feeling spoiled, cozy and close to all the guests at all times. Outdoor living – Huge wraparound deck, outdoor sofa, adirondack chairs, and large outdoor dining table will assure everyone has “Some Chair, Somewhere” at all times. Games, fishing poles, private boat dock, underwater fishing light, crab traps, and half bath on main floor are amongst the many small surprises you will discover. General – Linens and towels provided, washer and dryer, central AC & heating, high-speed internet. Home has a full-house generator. Parking – There is plenty of space for covered and uncovered parking. Location – This luxurious home sits on a huge canal in a quiet neighborhood and is only minutes away from the beach, grocery store, coffee and ice cream shacks, and tasty restaurants. Guest access The entire home except for the owner’s/cleaner’s closet and owner’s garage. The west garage is open for guest use and includes a half bath so you don’t have to run up/down stairs, fishing equipment, and games. The lift is not available for guest use.
