Welcome to our spacious 5-bedroom house with a range of activities, including piano, basketball, and backyard. The master suite features an open high ceiling with skylight roof windows and stairs leading to a second-floor room. Close to various attractions, including Hollywood (9 miles), SoFi Stadium (4 miles), LAX Airport (5 miles), Universal Studios (12 miles), beaches (8 miles), Santa Monica (9 miles), Disneyworld (34 miles), Six Flags (40 miles), and more. Come and enjoy! The space Upon arriving, you will be greeted by the quiet neighborhood and our welcoming house. With a total of 5 bedrooms, 2 office spaces and 3 bathrooms, this house is the perfect option for larger families or groups of people. The first floor includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms while the second floor consists of the last bedroom and some office space. Towards the back of the house, is a beautiful master suite that leads into the recently-renovated backyard, a great place to chill and relax! In the master suite is also the staircase to the second floor, which is lighted up with many windows and sunroofs! - 4 queen beds, - 2 twin beds, - 1 sofa bed on second-floor living space We have grown many different types of plants and trees ranging from banana trees to more exotic plants like moringa. Please refrain from plucking fruits or vegetables. However, the lemons and herbs are all yours!! We love our plants a lot, so please be gentle when you are around them. Guest access All guests have access to the entire house and property, except the garage. Feel free to use anything on the property, gently with respect! Other things to note The front yard is being renovated currently and minimal activity may be shown during your stay. However, we will be sure to stay out of your way so you can enjoy the full duration of your stay. A quick note for your comfort: During warmer seasons—especially late spring through summer—Los Angeles heat can occasionally invite a couple of uninvited guests like a cockroach or two, particularly if food is left out overnight. We have regular professional pest control in place, and keeping the space tidy helps us maintain a clean, comfortable environment for everyone. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation! For guests with small children below age 5 please be careful when around the fireplace as there isn’t anything covering the fire. We will be happy to help provide safety precautions for your children such as cabinet locks and more with minimal charges. Please check with us. For guests staying more than a week, we may visit around the home to make sure everything stays tidy in areas like the garage, backyard, front yard, or side spaces. Also please don't leave food open in the kitchen overnight or food trash inside for long days as it will attract cockroaches though we have treated the house with repellents.
