Enjoy your stay at Cranberry Cottage with waterfront views to the Eagle River! Use our kayaks to explore the river and Watersmeet Lake. Fish off the dock or dock a boat at the slip. Cranberry Cottage is very clean & cozy! One bedroom w/ attached bathroom, kitchen, living room, and additional twin bed off of the living room. Outside during the summer is a charcoal grill, patio table/chairs, and firewood to enjoy an evening fire. Towels and YouTube TV are provided. Four rentals are located on our 100+ feet of shared frontage on the Eagle River, near Watersmeet Lake and Yellow Birch Lake. Each cottage has one side of a 18 foot dock slip that can accommodate a fishing boat, runabout, or pontoon. Patio furniture, charcoal grill (please bring charcoal and lighter fluid), and fire-pit are provided. Complimentary firewood is on site for all guests in the summer. We offer wifi internet and YouTube TV for local channels and movies. The cottage is also stocked with bedding and towels. The kitchen has toaster, 4-cup drip coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, electric stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Cranberry Cottage has parking in front and next to the cottage. I am available by Airbnb messages, Text, or Phone call before and during your stay. Just off HWY 70, only 1 mile west of Eagle River city limits for shopping and restaurants. Cranberry cottage is one of four cottages. You are a 5 minute boat ride to Watersmeet Lake or a 15-20 minute boat ride to Yellow Birch Lake and the rest of the Chain of Lakes! Only 1 mile out of the city of Eagle River on HWY 70. One side of an 18 foot boat dock is included so bring your boat or rent one close by at Your Boat Club or the Toy Shop. The cottage's driveway is off of Hwy 70 on the edge of town. This allows guests to be close to in town amenities and yet enjoy the beauty of a waterfront cottage.
