Located on 5 acres this beautifully renovated separate studio has all the comforts of home. Modern fully equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom, with unlimited wifi and pet friendly. A 1000 sq. mtr. gated and fenced off-leash area is available for your fur baby to enjoy the stay. A small charge applies to hosting your fur baby. Undercover parking. A complimentary breakfast basket is available on your first day. Please note there are no EV charging facilities available on site. The space This is a very open and bright studio comprising of a full kitchen, gas cook top, electric oven, large fridge and microwave. The studio is fully reverse cycle air conditioned so whether you spend time in winter or summer you will be comfortable. The studio has a queen bed and king single bed, dining table and chairs, sofa and TV. The studio is presented in pristine condition, freshly pressed sheets, heaps of soft bath and hand towels, as well as all that you need for a warm refreshing shower as you unwind. The bedroom sliding door opens out onto a fenced private patio with table and chairs and bbq overlooking the Great Dividing range. Relax with a good book and a coffee in the off leash area while your fur baby(s) play. A bin and poop bags, as well as a selection of balls, are provided in this area for your use. Sorry, but our pet friendly policy does not cover cats. Whether winter or summer relax back and watch the shooting stars as you sip wine in the external areas. Allow the beauty of the country-side to ease your stresses as you watch the local cattle and horses meander in their fields. This is a perfect location to recharge your batteries, whether choosing to stay within the studio or visiting any one of the local wineries, pubs, cafes, dams, the camel farm, or any of the local hiking trails, it's all only a short drive away.
