Large yard area surrounding cabin great for kids and pets (our dogs love splashing around on the shore). Two docks available for use - one is great for docking all watercraft (boats, rafts, jet skis, etc.), one is great for fishing and swimming with a swim ladder for easy access. One shed is available for guest use for storage needs (firewood, toys, etc.). Other things to note Property is accessed by a well-maintained two-track drive approximately .8/mile long. Accessible by any type of vehicle. There are several boat launches in the Cheboygan-area that serve access to the Black River, both public and private (pay by use).
