You will find a 2 bedroom (1 king, 1 full bed/1 xl twin bed), 2 bath (one bathroom contains the washer and dryer), fully furnished kitchen, living room with sectional, and 3 flat-screen smart TV's. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood within a 10-minute walk of Putnam Stadium and a 5 -minute drive to downtown. NO SMOKING - NO ANIMALS The space Living room: A sectional couch, extendable coffee table, side table, ceiling fan, large dresser, and 55-inch smart TV with Roku free (apps available for your use with your own subscription). Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with a coffee bar, dishwasher, stove, and apartment-sized refrigerator. There is also a bar-height table with power outlets on the end and 3 bar stools. Front bedroom: King bed, 2 nightstands w/lamps, closet with hanging space, luggage rack, 55-inch smart TV with free Roku (apps available for your use with your own subscription). You also have a desk with chair and overhead light above the desk (this is low, as the tv "box" is above it as you can see in the photos). 2nd bedroom: Full bed and twin XL. There is also a large closet with hanging space, end table, and 32-inch Smart-TV with free Roku (apps available for your use with your own subscription). The box in the upper corner of the room is a cover for the retrofitted HVAC duct. Main bathroom: Tub/shower combo with a small vanity, mirror, toilet, and very small closet. Laundry room/bathroom combo: The washer and dryer are regular size but smaller capacity. There is also a full -size ironing board and iron available. In the same room is a toilet, vanity, and stand-up shower only. The closet in this room is locked and serves as our supply closet. Front porch has low railings and outdoor carpets, so please be mindful if you have young children or anyone that may require a full-size railing, as this was note code when constructed. Same with the small back porch. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood and ask that you please observe quiet hours after 10pm. Maximum house capacity is 5. Guest access This is 1 or 2 homes on the same property (not connected), as you will see in the photos. The yard is shared and this house sits on the front of the property. There is street parking only available in front of the home. You will have access to all areas of the property except the owner's supply closet in the laundry/bathroom combo. Other things to note WIFI and the security system must stay plugged in at all times. There is outside security only that covers the yard, exterior entrances, and parking.
