The new community pool and hot tub — the best in town — are a short walk directly behind the condo. You can also walk to the base of Peak 9 for lessons and lift access. The WiFi is super fast, and a coin‑operated laundry is just outside the door for extended or work‑from‑home stays. The pool complex closes seasonally from Labor Day until Ski Season Opening Day.
