This unit is perfect for a single person traveling for business or 2 couples visiting the “Burgh” for a scenic few days. Not suitable for pets, parties or gatherings. This one-bedroom unit offers FREE-On-Street Parking. There is an Electronic Code Lock on the front entrance door for easy access at any time following Check-In. When you need some fresh air and alone time you can lounge on the rear "Intimate” patio. (Weather Permitting). Our carpeted (bedroom only) apartment is equipped with everything you need to stay comfortable while in Pittsburgh! There are also 3 ceiling fans throughout unit. The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, stainless steel appliances, granite like counter tops, tea pot and a Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom is stocked with tissue, paper towels and soap shampoo-bodywash-conditioner for your use. If you are lucky to be staying in our unit during one of Pittsburgh's many fireworks displays, you will be just a few steps to the Breathtaking view of the “Burgh” on Grandview Ave. We ask that you respect our community and the quiet hours (11 PM – 6 AM) of the unit. Our home is not suitable for babies. While it may not be ideal for families with very small children, they are welcome at your own discretion. GUEST CHECK-IN: We have Easy Self Check- In and FREE on street parking on the street of your unit. You can access the building any time after 3 pm by using your Personal Designated Code. You have the entire apartment to yourself. Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. GUEST CHECK-OUT We have a strict 11 AM checkout. If you'd like to pay to check out later, the latest check-out time we can offer is 12 pm, at a small hourly rate per hour. Please let us know one day in advance if this is something you would like to schedule. HOUSE RULES There is absolutely NO SMOKING anywhere on the premises. Smoking can be smelled throughout the entire unit. If reported, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without a refund. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside the suite at any given time. We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense. Regarding COVID-19 (Corona Virus): we are taking extra measures to prevent the spread of germs on our premises. These measures include sanitizing all surfaces, disinfecting linens, and doubling room inspections. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to ensure our community's safety. Guest access You can access the building any time after 3 pm by using your designated Private Code. You have the entire apartment to yourself. Please be aware that you are required to provide the name of all guests when booking (full legal name). Other things to note Wonderful view within walking distance. Conveniently accessible to Routes 19, 28, 51, 279, 376 as well as many other local cross streets. Short walk to 40 Mt. Washington PRT Bus line.
