Ash is an old farm building that has been converted into a two-storey comfortable three bedroomed detached cottage that sleeps six, with a spacious sitting room, separate kitchen diner and a modern fitted bathroom. In addition, there is a downstairs cloakroom. The games room, playing fields and free wi-fi available make it ideal for families with children. Ash sits in a complex of five cottages around a lovely peaceful courtyard. The space Ash sleeps six in three bedrooms, the main bedroom has a standard size double bed, the second bedroom has twin standard size single beds and the third bedroom has standard single size bunk beds. The kitchen diner is equipped with electric double oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cutlery and crockery and with a good sized dining table the room makes a comfortable and social living space. There is a separate sitting room The bathroom with modern fittings has electric heated towel rail and an electric shower over bath. In addition, there is a downstairs cloakroom great for larger families. The front door leads out to the courtyard enclosed by the other cottages where each cottage has its own garden table and chairs. Guest access From the courtyard area you have access to all the communal areas such as the games room that has books, games, dart board and a coin operated pool table. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and large coin operated tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Steps lead up to the carpark and a large grassed area ideal for ball games or just enjoying the views. There is an alternative parking area if you are unable to use the steps.
