This beautiful 3 bedroom dog-friendly cottage has everything you need including a peaceful private forest trail along a babbling creek, a large stone fire pit and an outdoor covered patio with a BBQ. Inside you'll find one of the coolest kitchens around with a surprise loft for the youngins' and those young at heart! The loft boasts its own Smart TV and queen sized bed! The space Welcome to The Cottage! A peaceful retreat located just 25 minutes outside of downtown Greenville, SC and 7 minutes from the beautiful town of Greer, SC. The house features an outdoor fire pit, large insta-worthy kitchen with industrial sink and brick walls, BBQ, loft and trails through the forest. The interior features a living area with a 55” Smart TV, 3 bedrooms and 1 loft (sleeps up to 10), 2 full bathrooms and a large covered porch. The home has been newly renovated and is specially designed for peace, rest, relaxation, and reconnecting with your loved ones! INTERIOR: - Downstairs Green Bedroom (1st bedroom) includes 1 queen bed, closet area, private patio, blackout blinds, bed lamp with Bluetooth speaker. - Downstairs Bathroom (main bathroom) includes towels and hand cloths, hair dryer and soaps. - Upstairs White Bedroom (2nd bedroom) includes 1 queen bed, work desk with chair, pine vaulted ceiling and blackout blinds. - Upstairs Yellow Bedroom (3rd bedroom) includes 1 queen bed, full length mirror, pine vaulted ceiling and blackout blinds. - Upstairs Bathroom includes towels and hand cloths, shower rain head and soaps. - The Loft (4th bedroom) includes 1 double bed, 30" Smart TV, and overlooks the kitchen. - The Living Room has a couch that turns into a queen bed, 55” smart TV and is perfect for a cozy movie night. - Kitchen includes an island that seats up to 8 (more if needed), coffee bar with Keurig single serve, fridge, range, oven, microwave, dishes, glassware, toaster, and cutlery. - Laundry closet is accessed from the Kitchen and includes a new stackable washer and dryer with soaps! EXTERIOR: - Property: Cottage is located on a 6 acre parcel off a private driveway. 2.5 acres are cleared with lawn area and 3.5 acres is forest with several walking trails and a small creek which boasts its own cold plunge area! - Owners live on the property as well, the Cottage is located behind the main house. - Large outdoor patio with fire pit. Cook over the fire with the grill top or roast hot dogs and marshmallows with roasting sticks provided. Firewood is also provided! - There is plenty of parking available and we can accommodate most vehicles with trailers (please inform us before parking the trailer). -Cornhole boards available for play upon request. AREA ATTRACTIONS: - Located minutes from downtown Greenville and Greer and all it has to offer! - Great restaurants, breweries and bars. - Hiking & Waterfalls: Plenty of good hiking trails & waterfalls nearby for all skill levels. - Blue Ridge Parkway: America's most scenic highway. - Golf: Plenty of public golf options in the area including highly rated Willow Creek, Thornblade, and Pebble Creek. - Peach Orchards: South Carolina is the largest peach producing state in the country. Fisher Orchard is only 10 minutes away! GUEST ACCESS: - Guests will have access to the whole house and its amenities including a trampoline, basketball and hockey net. - House has smart locks for access. Unique code will be provided the day of arrival and a few hours before check-in. - The Firepit patio is a communal location and shared space with family on property. Most of the time it's unoccupied and we try to leave guests to their privacy! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: - Rates reflect a 15% discount when 7+ nights are selected, 20% discount when 14+ nights are selected and up to a 30% discount if booking for 30 days or more. - Nightly rates vary depending on time of the year and day of the week, M-W is cheapest, F-S are highest. - We ask that our guests keep it quiet after 11pm for the neighbors that live in the area. - Up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed. $35 fee applies. Sorry, No cats allowed. A $500 fee will be charged for any unauthorized animals brought on to the property! - We make every effort to have all service work done between guests, however in some cases various services may occur during your stay. These could include: service, landscaping, pest control, & garbage collection. - We strive to have everything fully functional for every guest. Sometimes things break and we are unable to have things repaired or replaced in time for the next guest. No refunds or discounts will be given for one or more items not being functional. This includes appliances, grill, electronics, etc. - We take every effort to control insects and bugs but this is the south and you may run into them throughout your stay. There will be no refunds if you come into contact with insects during your stay. Thank you for understanding! -Owners live on site. There is a small family dog on the property that is very friendly and he loves his morning and evening walks along the trails. Guest access Guests have access to the private trails behind the property. The trails have a slight incline/decline with stairs on the most steep areas. The fire pit is a communal area where other guests of the studio or owners of the property might be hanging out. Guests are welcome to walk along the fruit trees and garden beds! Other things to note Dogs are welcome, up to 2 total. Cats are not allowed. Please communicate with the host ahead of time if you intend to have a gathering of people, otherwise they are not allowed. We have parking for up to 4 vehicles. If you require more parking please message us so we can accommodate your request! Hosts live on the property as well.
