Includes linens, towels, starter supplies, and access to a seasonal outdoor pool. Relax and recharge in comfort! The space The property is located on the 2nd floor of Lost Colony 411A (no elevator). Walking in you'll see the open floor plan with the living area, kitchen, and dining area. Down the hall you'll pass one full bathroom to see two bedrooms. Through the master bedroom you'll find an ensuite bathroom, and the sliding glass door leading to the balcony. There's also a pool available to use! On the day of check in we'll send you the code to access it. It's open daily Memorial Day to September 25th, from 9am to dusk. Plus you're within walking distance of the beach, plus restaurants and shopping! Linens and towels are included with booking! Included: -Linens for each bed -Towel set for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth) -A starter supply of: coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee. RECOMMENDATION: Please note that since we have a strict cancellation policy we strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance at time of booking. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home during their stay. Check in is contactless, on the day of your check in we'll send your unique access code via Airbnb message once the unit is ready. It will remain active until your day of check out until 10am. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Minimum age to book is 24. The individual who books the unit must be present for the duration of the guest stay. CHECK OUT TIME: Check out time is 10am. Sorry, but we can't accommodate late check outs. Our cleaners are on a very tight schedule and must have units ready for inspection before our next guest arrives. Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use during your stay. * At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the dumpster in the parking lot. * If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.
