Easy Escape to Cozy Cabin in the White Mountains

This family cabin is the perfect place for a get away! Beautiful, peaceful home nestled in the White Mountains in the unique community of Waterville Estates. Close to so many local attractions including ski mountains, hiking and biking trails, moose tours, river floating/kayaking, family themed fun parks, state parks, snowmobiling, all with wild life right outside your door! 1 free pass to community center Waterville Estates has their own website for further amenity information The space Secluded home on a level lot that offers ridge line views of the mountains and sunsets throughout winter. In the summer, the home is engulfed by the trees and it truly feels like you are in a treehouse. The cabin offers a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms plus 2 pull out couches. A mud room is located at the entrance to store your jackets and boots. Walk into the main floor where you will find an open concept living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has a beautiful hearth and cozy fireplace to warm up after a day or skiing, hiking or simply relax and unwind. We provide firewood for guests. There are two over-sized sliding doors that lead to a deck where there is a gas grill, chiminea and custom ski chair. The deck overlooks the backyard firepit and bird feeder. The primary bedroom is upstairs with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. It has an extra-large window for watching the snow fall, viewing the mountain ridge line and enjoying a treehouse like serenity. The nightstands are equipped with lamps that have usb capable charging. There are two bedrooms downstairs that each have a bunk bed with access to a full bathroom and separate living space with a TV and more games. Bunk room #1 has a full bed on the bottom and twin on the top bunk. Bunk room #2 has a twin bunk bed. We provide lots of family friendly board games, books and movies to play in front of the rustic fireplace. Plenty of sheets, blankets and towels. There are pool towels for your use at the rec center or on the lake or rivers. We have two coolers (one big and one small) for you to use for any outings or day trips. The kitchen even has spices and basic condiments for your convenience plus an instant pot, crock pot, blender and cookbooks. Great yard for firepits, outdoor games and sledding in the winter. 1 pass is available to the community center. Additional passes are available for purchase. It truly is a family home equipped with everything you need for some time away. Guest access This is mountain living! Some of the roads are steep with packed dirt surfaces. The roads within the Estates are very well maintained with plowing and sanding. We have never had trouble navigating the roads (other than ice) in all of our vehicles, but 4 wheel drive is recommended for winter months. Plowing is included in your stay at the property. Other things to note 1 guest pass (reusable) to the rec center is available that provides access to indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, lake access for swimming and fishing and seasonal food and beverage. Additional passes may be purchased at the rec center. Campton Mtn is open for skiing on 4 trails on weekends and holidays depending on conditions. There is snowmaking on the rope tow and an outdoor fire pit plus a lodge for seasonal food and beverage. The lodge is open on Fridays and Saturdays with entertainment most Saturday nights during the winter. There are well maintained trails for hiking, groomed cross country skiing or snowshoeing within the Estates.
