Garage (1st floor) -> Easily fits two cars -> Laundry is located in the laundry room near the garage -> 3 Full Baths. One in the primary suite(1st floor), one on the 1st floor and one on the Bottom floor. All bathrooms have hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hair dyers. ->Free street, garage and driveway parking Guest access Located inside the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake, you'll be able to access the entire home and the Lake amenities that come with a parking fee. The country club has a great restaurant and bar that is open to guests. The parking fee is currently ~$50 per vehicle that you will have to pay to the association directly at the security gate. The exact parking fee is subject to change, please inquire so we can give you the latest pricing. Other things to note In certain circumstances I can accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Please request this as early as possible so I can confirm whether I can accommodate or not. Early Check In: 2pm instead of 4pm - $150 additional fee. Preferable 24 hours notice. Late Check Out: $30/15 min after 11am. 1pm is the absolute latest late check out time. Please note that you are staying in a house and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect.
