FULLY HEATED FOR WINTER! A wonderful opportunity to stay onboard a beautiful spacious motor yacht moored on the prestigious Town Quay marina, Southampton. Ideal for couples, families or friends looking for an exciting or romantic getaway. Up to 7 guests. 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Bespoke packages also available including champagne reception, birthdays/decorations, secure cruise parking/transfers etc. Please enquire for details. Our base price is based upon 2 guests, extra guests are £25pp The space Large rear lounging terrace with covers which can be opened or closed with lighting (blue, white or both) with gangways both sides to access the bow. Area has a large teak table and chairs for outside dining. (Please let us know if you plan to use this area and we can make sure you have enough chairs for all guests) This area has sliding doors to the interior of the yacht and can be opened to extend the living area outside. Large glass sliding doors then give access to the spacious living room area which consists of comfortable leather sofas either side, a bar with fridge and sink (hot and cold water) and cupboards including glassware and space for bottles, a 43” smart TV with freeview/Netflix/Amazon prime video etc, a split level dining area with good size table and leather seating for 7 people. Lighting throughout including blue mood lighting and small lamps. Master bedroom with king size bed and smart TV, second bedroom with double bed (including an optional pop down single bunk bed above), third bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes with courtesy lights and drawers. Bedrooms all have reading lights next to the beds. Towels and toiletries included. 3 en-suite bathrooms with toilets, sinks and showers (wet rooms) .. marina toilets and showers also available for you to use and are located on the marina within 500 yards. Full kitchen with full size fridge and freezer, electric hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. Plates, glasses, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans all included. Hot and cold water. Ice cube racks in freezer. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk included. (Milk will be semi skimmed unless advised otherwise) Large flybridge (top deck) which can be accessed from the rear lounge terrace by ladder or from the living room by an additional ladder. Seating for up to 12 people. Speakers and blue lights. Amazing views of Ocean Village. Blankets included in a basket for chilly evenings. (Flybridge will usually be closed off in winter and bad weather but available on request) Bow (front of the boat) has an area for sunbathing and has 2 large bean bag cushions. Central heating system throughout with additional heaters so the whole boat can be warm even in the coldest of weather. Air-conditioning system for the summer in the main living areas. Windows/portholes throughout in every room which can be opened. Full electricity on board with 240v mains plugs in every room. Hairdryer in master bedroom. Themed captains hats for pictures/selfies. Enjoy spacious marina living. Guest access Free secure parking available. Additional parking available for cruises etc in our secure yard 2 miles away. Cruise transfers and parking at low cost. Most local amenities within walking distance or a short car journey whether you are driving your own car or via local taxi/uber You will be given a marina pass to access the marina and car park. Please keep this safe and leave on the boat on departure. Loss of this marina pass will incur a charge of £50 for a replacement. Other things to note Please remember to respect all our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. We do not allow any parties and do not tolerate any anti social behaviour. Please no shoes inside the boat and if you would like to wear footwear please bring slippers/sliders/flip flops. Please respect the boat and do not interfere with the driving cockpit areas and electrical components. No smoking throughout Lastly, nobody other than the guests booked are authorised to enter the yacht at any time unless you arrange this with me prior to booking. For guests staying more than 1 night, we can do a refresh/service at your convenience and this will usually be around 1pm unless you arrange otherwise.
