This luxurious, modern, detached villa is located in the beautifully situated Ferienpark Winterberg holiday park. It is about 500 m from the ski area and about 1 km from the cozy center of Winterberg. The villa is comfortable, cozy and fully furnished and covers two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a TV and a cozy wood-burning stove in the living room. Ideal for the colder days. The luxurious open kitchen includes a dishwasher and an oven. There are also two 2-person bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a separate toilet. On the second floor, you will find four more double bedrooms, a second bathroom with shower and a nice sauna. Here you can unwind and enjoy your well-deserved vacation. There is also a third bathroom with a shower and toilet, and on the landing you will find a separate toilet. All beds are of the type 1-person luxury box spring bed in a 2-person arrangement. Around the villa is a garden with terrace and garden furniture. There is a storage room where you can store skis and/or bicycles. Parking for one car can be found in the vicinity of your villa. At Ferienpark Winterberg, four different types of cottages and vacation homes are offered for four to twelve people. The deposit shown is only for groups other than family/family members and is €100 per person.
