This perfect peaceful and private home on 5 acres is great for unwinding & relaxing whether it is enjoying the day by the incredible pool/spa or star gazing at night. far from the noise and pollution of city life. You can spend a weekend or a week away from work life because you deserve it. Close to Foxwoods casino and Mohegan sun casino, super Walmart and other stores. please let us know before booking more than 4 people whether it is just for the day or night or both. no loud music no parties The space This is a private home on 5 acres, private and secluded! If you book our home you will be the only one occupying the property for the duration of your stay. Included is two bedrooms both with one queen size bed in each bedroom and closets 2 full size cots with 5” mattresses also available one in the finished basement and one in the living room. The home has 1 full bath and 2 half baths. ***two rooms and the garage will be locked for personal and storage as this is our personal vacation home also. ***Pool is open May-Oct 1st (Weather depending) & SPA WILL BE CLOSED STARTING SEPTEMBER-MAY **this home has stairs! Stairs leading to the front door. Front door steps. Stairs going up to bedrooms, stairs going to finish basement, stairs going down off the outside decks to pool area. If you have problems with stairs use caution when booking! The home has 3 levels. When you enter the front door is the foyer,huge kitchen with sliding doors to outside deck that leads down to pool, dining room, sitting room, living room with doors leading to outside deck, half bath with laundry. A level up you will find a full bath, and 2 bedrooms both furnished with 1 queen size bed each and both rooms with double sliding closets. A level down down you will find our finished basement area with a seated bar, pool table, treadmill, couch and tv and a sleeping cot along with a half bath(just sink and toilet) FULL KITCHEN -subzero fridge, oven, microwave, induction stove (pots,pans, plates & cups/utensils available), coffee maker &starbucks ground coffee, huge island with seating FINISHED BASEMENT -Bar -tv -couch -pool table -treadmill -full size cot with 5” mattress OUTDOOR SPACE -private swimming pool outside with spa connected. If you book our home you would be the only one occupying our home during your stay! (Swim at your own risk!) ***Pool is open May-Oct 1st (Weather depending) & SPA WILL BE CLOSED STARTING SEPTEMBER-MAY -2 private furnished decks -1 propane fire pits -outdoor gazebo with seating -sun lounging chairs -GRILL for cooking -cornhole -ladderball -some pool floats are provided but please feel free to bring your own if you wish. *do not use the outdoor hose please. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire 5,000 sq ft house with 3 split levels and outside area. One located on the exterior front door and the second exterior camera located outside above the garage facing the driveway. camera tampering is a violation leading to immediate reservation cancellation with no refund and potential charges for vandalism. Other things to note Welcome to our home, away from the city, closer to nature. We are fortunate to own a property on 5 acres of land and love sharing it with you our guests. Since it is located rurally, occasionally guests may see wildlife such as bunnies, birds, deer or insects. Regular and professional pest control by a local company is performed on the property but occasionally insects may find their way in especially if doors and windows are left open. Refunds are not given for sightings of wildlife or insects. Please let us know before booking more then 4 guests whether it’s just for the day or night or both. The outside back decks and pool area grounds gets hot in the summer so please remember to wear footwear! *parties/events are not allowed!
