Lovely, stylish and modern wooden floor appartement with exquisite light. Ideally located within 5 min walk of the Dalston Junction/Kingsland Overground stations and in proximity of 20+ different busses. Hackney Central/Downs, Shoreditch High Street, Bethnal Green, Angel, Highbury & Islington, Oxford Circus and many more are all within 20 minutes on public transport. The flat is walking distance from Victoria Park, Hackney Marshes/Wick, Colombia Road Flower Market, Broadway Market & more. The space The flat is very sunny all day long which gives a unique atmosphere and has wooden floor throughout. It is very close to shopping amenities, the famous Ridley road market, local bars and restaurants in Dalston and Hackney. The flat is in a quiet street and the room faces the garden with double glazing windows. Guest access You'll have access to your own large double bedroom. The bathroom is modern and stylish (shared with us when we are in the flat) with shower and bathtub that you can use, and complimentary soap and shampoo. The living room is cosy and confortable, and has a beautiful dining table, a TV and Bluetooth enable Bose speaker. The separated kitchen has also a table / four chairs where you can take your breakfast in the morning. We are happy to share coffee/tea and needed cooking ingredients and the kitchen has all amenities you need to feel like home (pans & pots, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, etc). During your stay We (Bénédicte and Vincent) stay in the other bedroom and will usually be around the apartment during your stay. We hope to make you feel comfortable and at home, and to give you any help you may need. We are very easy-going and friendly - just please note it is a shared space, so you have to be comfortable with that! We are happy to open our beautiful flat to visitors, travellers and working people.
