The space This is a 1 Bedroom with queen bed and a roll away cot ( $30 extra guest fee ) , fully equipped kitchen , all one level with grab bars in shower - We are older, live upstairs and have no kids , or parties. For anyone staying 7 days or more , We allow use of the laundry room. Guest access Back yard , Side yard between trees and parking lot and driveway ( lawn chairs set up for smoking area with pot for cigarette butts ) Other things to note We only list on Air B and B - we do not cross list with VRBO or any other provider so if you are booked we will not cancel last minute because of a conflict.
