The location allows you the freedom of easy access to Brighton, Shoreham and the South Downs. The convenient stay starts with free parking, continues with your own private shower and toilet and is rounded off with hot drinks in your room whenever you like. Easy transport access to Brighton and its beaches and a 12 minute walk starts your South Downs adventure. A beach a mile away. The space Whole top floor with en suite and sea view (you can see the sea so sea view, right?). Easy walk to south downs. 30 mins walk to Hove Lagoon and beaches. Close to Southwick Square with shops and restaurants Guest access The top floor including an en suite with shower, toilet and sink are all yours. The rest of the house is all ours. We would prefer people not to use the kitchen as we use it a lot and I, particularly, am a messy cook and we would struggle to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness that we pride the Airbnb suite on. However, if you take this into consideration, are staying for a little while and give us some notice of when you'd like to use it, then you would be welcome. You may also relax in the garden, accessible through the kitchen. This is also where we would expect smokers to go. During your stay We live in the rest of the house so are likely to be available if you need anything but we are also very responsive to requests or enquiries made via the app. Other things to note We have a cat so she may be around, she is not great with strangers though so please don't pick her up.
