Perfect guest suite in Folsom-HotTub+Pool

Enjoy our guest suite for your pleasure or business trip. It consists of two rooms: one with a king size bed, the other one with a couch, over the tub shower bathroom and hallway space with a small refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker. It is located on the first level of the house and has a sliding door leading to the back yard with the pool, bbq and patio furniture. Private entrance from the backyard through the sliding door. HOT TUB HEATING FEE - $20/day The space Guests get exclusive use of the guest suite: 2 rooms, bathroom and ground level outdoor amenities. THIS LISTING HAS A $20/day HOT TUB FEE TO COVER GAS HEATING EXPENSES. Hot tub and pool area are for guest use only and are not shared. WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS IN THE POOL. NO EXCEPTIONS. Guest access You may or may not see other residents during your stay. The pool area is for YOUR use only and will not be shared. Quiet hours: 10pm - 8 am weeknights 10pm - 9 am weekends THIS LISTING HAS A $20/day HOT TUB FEE TO COVER HEATING EXPENSES. Fee can be paid before or during your stay through the app or other arrangements can be made. Other things to note A room AC, fan and space heaters are provided. If it’s too cold, feel free to use space heaters. If it is too hot, open windows and/or use AC/fan. One room has a sliding door and the other has a window. Both have mesh screens and open into a fully fenced backyard. Our pool is not surrounded with a childproof fence. Be very mindful of your pets and children and all times. ‼️Glass is not allowed in/near the pool‼️ PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL OR THE HOT TUB AT ANY TIME.
