Refreshed/remolded medium size private room on the top floor in a house is welcoming you. Minutes to shopping center, direct buses to UW, downtown Seattle in 25 minutes. Kitchen & bathroom were freshly remodeled with new floors, quartz countertops, public area are regularly cleaned. A desk/chair will make you an office work or study like home. This safe and convenient place can save you money while have a comfortable living. You can also start your day with enjoying free morning coffee. The space This private room has its own lock, but kitchen and bathroom are shared with other two to three tenants. The comfortable good size bed can make relax after a long trip. We clean and sanitize the place before customers check in. Here is one of our recent guests Robert’s message: I felt right at home! Amazingly detailed stay, from the barometer in my room to the haircutting kit in the bathroom, I LOVE this place! The kitchen is fully equipped, you get a locking room w/key, it's PERFECT! I did see one review with one star which worried me before I booked. However, when I got to the place it was totally different with the review, clean, convenient, comfortable, and the host remarkably communicative. Definitely 5 stars! Guest access The front door key is in the lock box on the right side of the door. After enter the main front door, take stairs to the upper level, your room is on your left hand side marked #1. This door is left unlocked when it is vacant. The key is inside the room on the wall behind the door, you keep main front entrance key and your room key together with you while staying here. Please put all these keys back on the wall behind the door, no need to put them back in the lock box when you check out. Just leave the room door unlocked again. During your stay Feel free to text or call anytime if there is a need or concerns. The fast way is text or call using phone. One special note to remind our guests is that there was once a lady tried to extort money by threatening us posting fake pictures and bad reviews. We did not give money so she posted one star and made stories ruining our reputations. Other things to note We always clean and sanitize the room after guest check out. Shopping center like U-village, grocery stores like metropolitan, QFC, PCC are all working distance.
