Along Franklin Ave you’ll find amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops, bakeries, juice bars, grocery stores, & yoga studios. While the street is lively, the apt is located on the garden side of the house, making for a calm & restful stay. The space This is a 4th floor walkup. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large fridge/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. All cooking gear will be available for use such as a french coffee press, coffee grinder, kettle, blender, and baking tins. There are 2 dedicated work spaces, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room. The internet is high-speed fiber optic. The living room is incredibly spacious, holds 3 couches, a coffee table, and many plants. You’ll also find a reading nook by the fire escape that catches the morning light beautifully. The bedrooms are comfortable and quiet, with ample storage space. Guest access You’ll have the entire place to yourself. Other things to note While there is no laundry in the unit or building, a clean and convenient laundromat is just 1/2 block away. Currently there are no photos of the second bedroom (coming soon!), but the second bedroom similar in style and decoration to the bedroom you can see photos of, and slightly larger.
