Private shower cubicle / privacy screen in room plus kitchenette. Private cloakroom with door that locks, with sink and toilet, off the hallway. Private garden to yourselve, box with toys etc for children, available. Parking on driveway or across the road. Beach along seafront, dog friendly cafe. Clacton pier has lots of amusements rides The space 1 large modern studio room with home comforts little extras, 2 pull out sofa beds, with memory foam topper, private shower cubicle with screen for privacy. Kitchenette with facilities plus fridge freezer with fresh yummy extras to eat ! Table and 4 chairs avaliable on request. Storage, chest of drawers and a 2 rails for hanging clothes above. The studio is cool in summer also there is a fan in studio plus insect netting on window so you can leave window open and no insects can come in. Smaller bed can be made up by myself if you so wish, so it is ready for you when you come back for the evening. Free goodies like cereals, crisps, etc etc. if required. If there is anything you need just ask. Dog crate available if needed. Please read house rules and additional rules thankyou. Guest access 1 self contained studio room with hallway to a cloakroom with basin and toilet plus private garden and own entrance to studio. Free parking on driveway.
