Single bed in quiet house close to City Centre

This is a nice quiet room in a friendly house, close to all amenities including Theatre, Hospital, metro and a short walk to Sunderland City centre including the new Eye Infirmary. Very close to the new footbridge to connect the city to the Stadium of Light home of SAFC. I have an elderly retired Guide Dog living in the house. From time to time I might have a foster rescue dog. Ample on street parking, no charge. Bring your slippers as I have tiles on my kitchen and bathroom floors!! The space You can play my piano....must love dogs! During your stay Message by all means.
