Cottage in Conneaut Lake

This two-story cozy cottage is literal steps away from Conneaut Lake, the Hotel Conneaut and two beach bars. Named after the historic (and recently torn down) wooden roller coaster "Blue Streak" built in 1937. This recently renovated home makes the perfect getaway for people looking to spend some time at Conneaut Lake. Not many houses around have the spacious private backyard and ample parking especially this close to the park, lake and hotel. Great for pets and kids. Filled with bits of Conneaut history, this beautiful rental sleeps 6 downstairs and includes an enclosed front porch, a full kitchen, a full bathroom with a clawfoot tub, living room complete with pull out couch and smart TV and two cozy bedrooms (master bedroom has smart TV in it.) Walk out the sliding patio door, you'll step onto a spacious deck with access to a grill, concrete patio with a picnic table, a completely fenced in lawn and a large firepit to enjoy on a chilly evening. Upstairs has either shared or private access with downstairs and only sleeps up to 5, there is a cot to use for living room if needed. It offers a cozy living room, two bedrooms with queen sized beds (master bedroom has smart TV in it), a full bathroom and a kitchenette. There is also a small ground level fenced in private porch on the back of the house for the upstairs. Although your furry friends are welcome downstairs, there is a strict no pet policy upstairs. (It will be closely examined after each stay) * WASHER/DRYER are located in a room outside on the back porch The two garages on the property are for the owners use only and are off limits. We will provide access to the shed where bikes kayaks and outdoor games are stored. Guest access Downstairs sleeps up to 6 with 2 *flea treated* pets and offers a front porch, living room, spacious dining room/bar, large kitchen, side deck, patio, yard and fire pit area. You will also have access to a fully fenced in yard to let your pups roam and to safely keep bikes etc. master bedroom has smart tv Upstairs has either shared or private access and sleeps up to 5 with a strict no pet policy. They will be inspected after each stay to make sure they are not missing or have any major damage.
