We have a new 1500 sq ft apt on 2.5 acres, w/a private entrance, plenty of paved parking, 2 barns w/goats & chickens, great views, beautiful sunrises & sunsets. Here you'll find peace & quiet, yet we're just minutes from all major highways. We’ve only been at this location for 4 years, but we had hosted for 10 years in another location before moving to this home. We had such great experiences w/all our guests, & many of them are returnees coming back every year, & are now like family! The space Our property is unique in that we are on acreage, but still right in town. It's a brand new, beautiful, clean apartment, decorated with a very comfortable, laid-back western motif. People who live in the city love to come here and experience what country life feels like. You are welcome to walk around the property, visit with the goats, and collect eggs for your breakfast the next morning. It's quiet, peaceful, and relaxing, yet it's very close to the major attractions and entertainment that the big city has to offer. And, your hosts (us/we:) are exceptional! We respect your privacy, but we will be as social and friendly as you would like ~ you set the pace. The Light Rail is only 7 miles away, or you can drive into the heart of Denver in less than 30 minutes, or up to the ski slopes in an hour. The casinos in Blackhawk & Central City are a quick 55 minute drive. DIA is 30 minutes, DTC 10 minutes, Castle Rock 20, & Colorado Springs in 50. Guest access You'll have your own private apartment, with a private entrance and private patio. We welcome our guests in joining us on any of the other patios and decks, and maybe share drinks in the afternoons, or grill dinner together. We love to be social with our guests, but will respect your privacy. You set the tone. We also have a couple of small barns filled with a barn cat, 2 livestock guard dogs, 14 chickens (and lots of fresh eggs:) and 4 Nigerian Dwarf goats, all of which you are welcome to interact with. Other things to note No smoking, or illegal drugs. 420 friendly. No pets. Except horses. Horses are always welcome!
