Ideal for a quiet family getaway, with a garden and terrace in the heart of Perche and at the foot of the Réno Valdieu forest. You will have activities to do alone or with family: horseback riding, tennis, hiking, fishing, pilgrimage, swimming, golf and visits to historic monuments. You will also have direct access to the specialties of our region, by meeting local producers who will offer you tastings. We provide bed sheets and linens. The space The accommodation has on the ground floor a living room, kitchen and living room of 30 m2 and toilet. On the first floor: master suite and laundry room, bathroom, toilet. On the second floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and a storage closet. The house was completely restored in one year in a deliberately 1900 style. Each object has been antiqued and the furniture is family-owned. Behind the house is a cozy garden and wooden terrace, an outbuilding and private parking. Each bedroom has a double bed. A baby bed is at your disposal, a high chair, a crib. Board games are available, as well as books. 2 deckchairs are available to put in the garden as well as a BBQ. In the kitchen, a stone raclette and a pancake party. Guest access the whole house is available Other things to note Linens are always provided. On site you have a washing machine and a dryer, ironing board. The cleaning lady remains at your disposal in case of problems or for additional cleaning requests during long stays (at your expense). When you leave, please remove the linens from the beds and place them in the shower on the first floor with the towels. Please do the dishes and start the dishwasher. Garbage sorting is available in the village: take the street to the left in front of the bar. Please take out the trash upon checkout. Do not leave it on the street or in the driveway.
