Welcome to The Birdwatchers Homestay. Named for my father who has over 40years experience and endless knowledge on the creatures of the sky. Ours is a family home with plenty of room to share with you during your visit to our beautiful Chitwan National Park. With 3 floors plus 2 additional roof terraces there is plenty of room in our home for you to enjoy. **ATTN the price shown is for 1 ensuite room - please message us for additional rooms at same rate.** Airbnb Sauraha Top 5 The space The house has so much space for either groups or individual guests to book alike. With 2 ensuite bedrooms newly built and a further single room with access to 2 shared bathrooms. We can provide floor mattresses for sharing guests or children. All rooms have window meshes and ceiling fans AC. The 2 ensuite rooms have newly fitted, hot showers and commode toilet (western toilet). Multiple charging plugs that accept 3 pin and 2 pin plugs. Guest access Guests are welcomed as extended members of our little family of 3. We encourage guests to make themselves at home and will happily share our communal spaces. KITCHEN We have a large, fully equipped kitchen that we are happy for you to use. We have a 2 ring gas hob, fitted water purifier offering unlimited drinking water, large fridge - please feel free to store your shopping. A toaster and all manner of utensils. **We can also provide food for you, please see our menu inclusive of prices. FAMILY BATHROOM X 2 We have 2 family bathrooms one on the ground floor with commode toilet, sink and shower. On the third floor we have a newly fitted bathroom with a full sized bath tub and shower. **ATTN Our water is heated by a roof top solar water heater that provides 200L at a time - in winter months we have electric back up** LOUNGE/SITTING AREA As you enter our home you will see a small family sitting room we are happy for you to use. ROOF TOP/TERRACE/BALCONY There are multiple outside spaces that you, as our guests, are welcome to enjoy. We have seating available, sunny terraces and views across to the jungle. We encourage smokers to use the top terrace. PARKING We have space for 2 cars and even several bikes at the front of our house. Airbnb Sauraha During your stay Once your booking comes through we will send you a welcome message so you know we are expecting you. 2 days before your arrival we will send further access and arrival information. During your stay we are available in the home to help you where needed and we will ensure we leave phone and email contact information. We can accommodate group bookings and each room is chargeable at the rate given by airbnb at the time of booking. If you want to enquire please contact me via airbnb about multiple room reservations. WIFI We have a good strong internet connection here FREE to guests. ACCESS AND SECURITY Each room has its own lock which you will be given on arrival. The front door is also locked over night Windows have their own bolts. THE FAMILY Living here is myself, Simanta and my parents Basu, my father the birdwatcher and sharada my mother. We do work and so will always try to be available for meeting you however you will sometimes find we are away from the house during the day.
