This Sulphur River Cabin Rental known as the Blue Haven is located in the Piney Woods of Northeast Texas, Cass County. This cabin sleeps six, two bedroom with queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. A fully equipped kitchen, cook top range with oven, coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. A full bath with shower/tub combination, and a half bath, a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Wifi available on two TV's. Parking is available for vehicles, ATV's, and boats. The space Enjoy the country view, sounds and sights on the large front porch, where you can rock, relax and enjoy you morning coffee. A large private front yard with a lighted covered pavilion with picnic tables, gas grill for those outside get together with family and friends. This area is secluded there are people who live in the area, but the cabin is deep in the woods down a 3 mile dirt road. You can fish on Sulphur River, and hunt on US Army Corps of Engineer land across the river or on Lake Thomas. Fishing and Hunting license can be purchased in Naples, Texas 14 miles from the cabin at Naples Hardware & Supplies/Bait Barn. There are several lakes in the area, Wright Patman Lake, and Lake Bob Sandlin in Mt. Pleasant, Texas. Guest access Guest are able to access the entire house and the pavilion. The front and back yard. The shed to the south of the home is not accessible. Other things to note Owner may access house at any time as long as guest is present and aware.
