Perfect for families or small groups, it’s a simple, well-located base near Clear Lake for outdoor time, firepit evenings, and easy living. The space The house features two bedrooms with Cal king beds and two full bathrooms, offering a comfortable and easy layout for relaxing stays. Recently renovated, the home includes updated kitchen appliances, new furnishings, and thoughtful custom touches throughout. The open great room connects the kitchen and living space, making it easy to cook, gather, and unwind together. French doors open to a spacious deck with patio seating and a fire pit, while the covered back porch offers a shaded spot for morning coffee or quiet time outdoors. Water access for swimming and light watercraft is just down the street (no in-water boat storage). There is excellent parking for multiple vehicles or a boat. The space is also well-suited for low-key activities like yoga, reading, or simply relaxing. Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and conveniently placed USB outlets are available throughout the home. We’re located about 10–15 minutes from town, so many guests choose to pick up groceries on the way in and settle in once they arrive. Guest access The house is one story with a back balcony and a front deck. You have access to the whole property except for my crafts room under the house 😉. In addition there are 3 off-street parking spaces available. You may use the empty lot across the street to the left. It’s a great location to take the beach chairs and enjoy the sunset.
