Enjoy closeness with all kinds of birds and wildlife along the way. We have water access close by for swimming or light water craft. There are over 40 wineries nearby, many with award-winning wines that you can only experience locally. Share a bottle on the front deck, as you watch the sunset over Mt. Konocti. The house has two bedrooms with Cal king beds and two full bathrooms. We just bought the house, and have fully renovated it. It has new kitchen appliances and all new amenities. Freshly decorated, this home has all new furniture and custom, handmade accents. Out the back is a covered porch with furniture leading to the balcony. From the living room you can open the French doors and enjoy the spacious deck that has patio furniture and a fire pit. Down the street is water access for swimming and light watercraft. There is no place to leave a boat in the water. There’s plenty of space to throw down a few yoga mats for your practice. Make the place yours to enjoy. We have Wi-Fi and a smart TV. You will find USB outlets in logical places throughout the house. Also note --->we are located 10 to 15 minutes from town, so you might choose to pick up your provisions on the way in so you needn’t lose relaxation time on that sort of business. The house is one story with a back balcony and a front deck. You have access to the whole property except for my crafts room under the house 😉. In addition there are 3 off-street parking spaces available. You may use the empty lot across the street to the left. It’s a great location to take the beach chairs and enjoy the sunset. It's a quiet street with a lot of deer, turkeys and birds cruising abound. Our location is 15 minutes from town, down a curvy, newly paved (so exciting) road. I recommend stopping to get all your needs before you drive in. Then you can just relax. This is a great neighborhood for walks but you will need a car to get to town witch is 12-15 minutes away. There are 3 off street parking spots at our location.
