The space Our property is surrounded by greeneries and has an outdoor playground for kids Casa Anselmo Private Staycation has 3 houses: - Anselmo (sleeps up to 18pax) - Rusbel's Loft (sleeps up to 8pax) - Erin's Place (sleeps up to 4pax) We can accommodate up to 30pax. Since Airbnb's count is only up to 16pax, then the accommodation for the rest of the guests in your group shall be paid either at the property or as an additional charge in Airbnb. Grocery, Convenience stores, pharmacy and some popular restaurants/restobars are about 1 to 20 mins walk from our property. Guest access * Pool use and bbq area is free for guests' use. We allow pool use from 7am to 1030pm. * Access to the houses: > 8pax or less: Rusbel's Loft > 9 - 12 pax: Rusbel's Loft + Erin's Place (sharing 1 kitchen +1 dining hall) > 13 - 17 pax: Anselmo > 18 -21 pax: Anselmo + Erin's Place > 22 -30 pax: all 3 houses * DRIVERS & YAYAS are included in the count as guests. Drivers may sleep in their vehicles, provided we will be guaranteed that they will not pee in the parking area or in any of the garden spaces, and not enter any of the houses. There is an outdoor toilet that they can use :-) * Visitors/event suppliers (may stay till 8 PM only) = P300/pax. Visitors entering/staying past 8 PM are charged as additional overnight guests. * Parking for up to 7 cars OR 5 SUVs/vans/trucks can be accommodated. * Event Space/s are not included in the Accommodation. * FREE amenities include: Use of half court basketball, pool, outdoor playground, outdoor grill, picnic areas, gym (currently under renovation). * CHARGED Amenities (to be paid at the property) : Videoke/karaoke, Use of heated Jacuzzis, function room, air hockey, basketball; Pack n' play/crib for babies aged 2.5 yrs and below is available with baby pillows and linens for a small fee. Please reserve upon booking. *Videoke/karaoke: may only be indoors/closed doors, from 4pm-10pm GARDEN USE: The garden is an amenity, but is is not intended for unrestricted or high-impact use. Guests are welcome to stroll, relax, and take photos in the garden. However, heavy-foot activities (such as putting up tents or kiosks, Christmas party with outdoor/parlor games or a 3-hour dinner with presentations) are not free, as these can damage the grass and landscaping. Hence, its use for group activities/events come with an additional event fee. This helps us manage setup needs, utilities, and post-event cleaning. Pricing depends on the size of your group, the duration, and the type of event. Other things to note 1. We allow SMOKING, VAPING, GRILLING ONLY OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. 2. Surveillance cameras are installed outside the houses for security purposes. 3. From gate entrance to the parking is a short, uphill drive towards the right. 4. Internet can get weak especially when it's raining. 6. Pets (non-reptile ones) are allowed (NOT FREE) but we have to be informed. You will notice that the pets have no amount in your Airbnb breakdown. This is so that it will at least not be added in the platform's commission. Hence, the pet fee is paid at the property. Pets are subject to rules that we will provide along with the check-in details. Amongst which are that they are not allowed to sleep on human beds and they may NOT be at the pool-jacuzzi area. 7. Curfew: 11pm. Please arrange with us or your caretaker before or upon check-in if you will need to leave past 11pm. 8. Really sorry about this but if we end up having to accommodate you or your companion past 11pm, we will have to charge a late check-in fee of P500 or $10. 9. You can rent our videoke/karaoke. You may also bring your videoke/karaoke for a small fee for elec use. Its use may only be indoors, from 5pm-10pm. We reserve the right to stop karaoke if it becomes disruptive, to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. 10. Bringing additional cooking/heating appliance/s are charged, based on wattage. 11. For groups with more than 15 guests, we charge a reasonable cooking fee to support the extra cleaning, maintenance, and utilities required for larger groups. 12. Visitors/event suppliers (may stay till 8 PM only) = P500/pax. Visitors entering/staying past 8 PM are charged as additional overnight guests. 13. Everyday, our pool is disinfected and vacuumed. 14. Wedding or any event prep is charged P1,500. 15. Events with outside suppliers are allowed. Corkage Fees may apply.
