We, Christina (designer) & Matthias (photographer), are often traveling and would like to share our private apartment with you. Our wish is that you feel completely comfortable with us and consciously come to rest while you immerse yourself in our world - the world of the mountains. These give us balance, peace and inspire us every day. The space We attach great importance to local materials. In our private apartment, we have therefore covered the ceilings and part of the walls with local silver fir to create a warm indoor climate. Instead of a TV, we spend a lot of time reading or enjoying the evening quiet on our terrace. The apartment has two bedrooms as well as a living/dining room and is very spacious at about 44 sqm. Our spacious sofa invites you to relax and linger and promises a relaxing nap after a day in the mountains. Our large kitchen is well equipped to provide you with a cozy cooking evening. The private terrace (about 17 square meters) provides a fresh breeze. Here you can enjoy the sun salutation, an enjoyable breakfast or a well-deserved beer after the mountain tour with the best view. There is a shower/toilet in the bathroom, as well as a towel warmer for extra comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, ceramic stove, oven, portafilter machine, dishes, cutlery, cookware and glasses. A special highlight is the portafilter machine with grinder. We provide the coffee beans and set up the grinder and machine for you. The apartment has two bedrooms: * a small bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a small wardrobe (50 x 225 cm) * a large bedroom with a family bed (140 x 200 cm + 160 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe (100 x 225 cm) In summer (May-October) there is a large pallet lounger area on the terrace. The matching upholstery is in the apartment. For maximum comfort, we offer bed linen, hand and bath towels as well as dish towels and washing accessories. Of course, Wi-Fi is available, and you will find a free parking space right outside the door for your vehicle. In addition, there is a laundry room in the house with washing machine, dryer and vacuum cleaner to make your stay as pleasant as possible. For your ski and sports equipment, there is a secure ski and shoe room in the basement, including a shoe dryer, so that you are optimally prepared for your adventures in the mountains. Guest access Our apartment, the TOP1, is on the ground floor at an altitude of about 1450 m. The Faschinajoch connects the Great Walsertal with the Bregenzerwald and can be reached via several mountain passes. We are located about 150 m below the valley station of the cable cars in Faschina. The apartment has 2 parking spaces. Bus stops to Damüls or Sonntag/Stein are about 100 m away.
