There is a covered terrace and a large, open solarium. Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher and washing machine. The bright, spacious lounge has a large TV and doors out to the terrace. Both bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe. There is a reserved, underground parking place, and it is possible to park on the street outside the apartment for the easy unloading of luggage, equipment, or shopping. Guests also have access to two communal swimming pools, open from 10am to 10pm. Please be aware that the apartment is located in an urbanisation on the top of a hill. It is approximately 1km to the beach, there is a small supermarket and 2 bars at the same distance. The center of Garrucha is a 25 minute walk or a 5 minute drive, and the center of Mojacar is a 10 minute drive or bus ride. Therefore, if you want to be in the center of the bars and restaurants, then our apartment is not for you. Guest access All areas of the apartment can be accessed by guests. Other things to note Please be aware that the apartment is a penthouse located at the top of the complex. Therefore, there are stairs to climb when returning from the pools or the underground parking. There is also a short flight of stairs to gain access from street level.
